Small businesses run on copy-paste: orders into spreadsheets, spreadsheets into emails, emails into reminders. It works until someone is on holiday.
Approach
For a handful of friends' businesses I built n8n automations and a few purpose-built internal tools, each one shaped around how the team already worked rather than how a product thought they should.
